Major Kulthe completed his Masters in Science and was the Gold medalist of the batch.
He was commissioned in the Indian Army in 1995. To expand his horizons as an educator and focus on creating human capital of outstanding caliber, he joined and completed his PGDBM from the Narsi Monji Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. Thereafter, he joined The Services Preparatory Institute (SPI), Aurangabad as the Director, where he served for five years. He is Ex.Commandant of the Bhonsala Military School in Nashik.
His uncanny ability to spot winners and the ability to nurture and mentor potential Defence Officers has seen him successfully place over 180 cadets as an officers in the various arms of the country's Defence forces.
He is an educator par-excellence and with an in-depth knowledge of Military education for preparing officers, he was on the elite panel of Maharashtra government's military school standardization and effectiveness team.
He is a man who lives his passion with elan and success.

An alumni of the hallowed precincts of the I. I. T. Chennai. He was a topper of the batch and went on to complete his Masters in Technology with specialization in Mechanical Engineering stream. He had served in various blue chip companies in India before leaving the shores of India to work with international companies like, Petroleum giant SHELL OIL COMPANY. His last professional mandate was as the Head of Compliance and Governance in the oil-rich nation of Brunei.
Kishore Ahire

An Ex Civil servant with his expertise in Human Resource Management, he is an entrepreneur with interests in Real Estate, Hospitality, Travell and Tourism. An avid traveler and a man with a keen interest in mentoring today's youth, he has made a name for himself as an advisor to various state governments on matters of eco-tourism. He is courted regularly by governments for solutions to sustainable business models in the Travel and Tourism industry.
